After receipt of the booking confirmation and the certificate of insurance, which documents the insurance cover for the payments you have made for the trip, the payment of the trip price is due and payable as shown on the booking confirmation.

We can currently offer the following payment methods: payment by invoice, payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Diners Club).

If payments due on the trip price are not received despite a reminder and the setting of a reasonable deadline for payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we can charge you cancellation costs based on sections 2.2 and 4.3 of our T&Cs. Provided that you did not yourself have a right to refuse payment.
